In particular, the nearest rapid transit station, such as Sunnyside Station on the 201 | Red Line - Somerset - Bridlewood/Tuscany CTrain, is typically a short walk away from the majority of properties in the neighbourhood. House owners are served by a few bus lines, and most residences are very close to a bus stop. This area is also quite suitable for walking; all common errands can be run without having to resort to a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are close by.
