Character
The character of West Vancouver is exemplified by its relaxed ambience. There are over 250 green spaces close by for residents to check out, which makes them easy to get to. This part of the Greater Vancouver metropolitan area is also fairly good for those who prefer quiet surroundings, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue - although there are still several noisier sections, especially closer to Trans-Canada Highway, Highway 99 or the railway line.
